The dim light flickered on and off in a cold, concrete hallway. Water dripped somewhere in the dark lab facility, its rhythmic plunks heard clear as day. A scientist darted through open hallways, his hands shook violently as he pointed his small revolver at the shadows while his frightened beady eyes darted back and forth.
